Mark Machan
Pastor/Elder
Pastor Mark has served as Woodside's Senior Pastor since 2015. Mark has a passion for expository preaching and discipling believers. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in ministry and is a graduate of Liberty University Seminary where he earned his Masters of Theology. Prior to coming to Woodside, Pastor Mark served in bi-vocational lay ministry, while serving several communities in law enforcement and as Chief of Police. Today, Mark’s gospel conviction and evangelistic zeal drive him to passionately “make disciples who make disciples.” Mark and his wife, Sandra, have two adult sons, Evan and Andrew.
Jimmy Bishop
Director of Worship/Elder in Training
Jimmy serves as the Director of Worship and is in Woodside's two year Elder training program. He focuses his ministry on local outreach, family development and care for the church members. Music has always played an important role in his life and the life of his wife, Melissa. Jimmy and Melissa, have three beautiful daughters, Ava, Elle and Mira.
